This project aimed to produce high-quality YouTube shows that provide both information and entertainment, reaching a global audience. Working with director Ezz Adnan, we were responsible for the full production process, from finalizing episode ideas to managing locations, equipment, logistics, and post-production. Careful pre-production planning ensured a smooth workflow, allowing us to deliver each episode on time despite tight deadlines. The results were outstanding, with the shows gaining worldwide popularity and successfully delivering clear messages to a targeted audience.
Objectives
The objective and goal of this project was clear since they won. We want to produce high-quality information and entertainment. YouTube shows that can get the audience all around the ward. Westarted from finalizing the main idea and the titles of each episode. We worked as a team with the director Ezz Adnan. And we were responsible for the full production of the show's locations, equipment logistics crew, and the post production phase until the delivery of each episode.
Tactics
The planning in pre-protection with our director, helps us a lot with the production phase to do it in a smooth and stable way, making sure there is no time or effort waste, and keep focusing on achieving our goal in the objectives. We were also responsible for the ads inside each episode from the pre- and post production.
Results
Producing a YouTube show is quite strict with the delivery time specially when you have millions of followers waiting for the next episode so it was very critical for us to deliver and time without any mistake especially when sometimes we are overloaded due to the short timelines we had The results went out amazing. All the messages were delivered to a clearly targeted audience, and the shows got popular all around the world.
